In this course, one will be learning about the purpose of the analysis and how it is confirmed with stakeholders. One will also learn about the different methods of analysis and data gathering which will be described in terms of their strengths, weaknesses, features, and applications.

This course will also cover the role and importance of objectives within the context of the analysis while taking cognisance of their function and value to the organisation. One will also learn how to define a gap analysis and make recommendations for bridging the gap.
